Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Diz application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Diz provides a platform that connects drivers traveling between cities in Saudi Arabia with riders seeking transportation on the same routes. Diz is a technology platform and does not provide transportation services directly. Drivers using the platform are independent individuals, not employees or agents of Diz.

User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must not create multiple accounts or share your account with others
• Diz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Driver Requirements

• Drivers must hold a valid Saudi driving license
• Drivers must be verified through the WASL system
• Vehicles must have valid registration (Istimara) and insurance
• Drivers must maintain their vehicles in safe operating condition
• Drivers set their own prices within platform guidelines

Rider Responsibilities

• Riders must be at the agreed pickup location on time
• Riders must behave respectfully toward drivers and other passengers
• Cancellations less than 2 hours before departure may incur a fee
• Riders are responsible for ensuring they do not exceed their booked number of seats

Payments

All payments are processed through the Diz platform. Riders pay the displayed fare at the time of booking. Diz charges a service fee on each transaction. Driver payouts are processed weekly.

Prohibited Conduct

• Using the platform for purposes other than carpooling
• Providing false or misleading information
• Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users
• Attempting to circumvent the payment system
• Using the platform while impaired by drugs or alcohol

Limitation of Liability

Diz facilitates connections between riders and drivers but is not responsible for the actions of any user. To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, Diz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Changes to Terms

Diz may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or email.
