National ID or Iqama
We verify identity with a valid Saudi national ID or Iqama.
Driving license
A valid Saudi driving license is required before a driver can post a trip.
Vehicle inspection
Vehicle details are checked against the Istimara registration.
WASL registration
The driver and vehicle are verified through WASL, the Saudi Transport General Authority's system.
Once a trip starts, four things stay on.

- One tap calls emergency services (999).
- Private chat
- Message your driver or rider without sharing your phone number.
- Trip details
- Route, driver name and plate number are shown before you board.
Women-preference trips
Riders can choose to travel with drivers and passengers of the same gender. Turn it on when you search or book.
Riders and drivers keep each other accountable.
- Two-way ratings
- Both sides rate each other after every trip.
- Written reviews
- Reviews help you see who else has ridden with someone.
- Zero tolerance
- A serious safety violation ends in a permanent ban.
Payments stay in the app
Fares are paid through your in-app wallet. No cash changes hands, and the price is fixed and shown before you book.
